Our story
Built to make the first step easier
Most renovations start the same way: an idea, a budget, and the question of who to call. For many property owners, finding a suitable contractor is the slowest and most uncertain part of the process.
Robevski Contracting was established to close that gap. We connect homeowners, property investors, property managers and real estate agents with contractors from our network, starting in Epping, South Morang, Mill Park, Reservoir, Preston, Thomastown and Bundoora and surrounding suburbs across Melbourne’s north.
At the same time, we work with builders and tradespeople who want to spend less time searching for work and more time doing it. By understanding both sides, we aim to make introductions that suit everyone involved.

How we approach contractor selection and referrals
We believe in being clear about what a referral service can and can’t do. Here’s how we work.
We ask contractors about their business
Before joining our network, contractors tell us about their services, the areas they work in, and their availability. Where relevant, we ask for their ABN, registration or licence details and confirmation of public liability insurance.
We match on the details you give us
We consider the type of work, your location, budget range and preferred timing when deciding which contractor to introduce — subject to who is available.
We encourage you to do your own checks
An introduction is not an endorsement or a guarantee. We recommend you check a contractor’s registration or licence on the relevant Victorian public register, confirm their insurance, and obtain a written quote and contract before work begins.
We’re transparent about how we’re paid
Our service is funded by referral fees agreed in writing with contractors. We may receive a fee when we introduce you to a contractor.
