1. About our service

Robevski Contracting provides a renovation referral and contractor-matching service. We introduce customers to independent contractors and may receive referral fees or commissions from those contractors. We are not a registered builder, do not perform building or trade work, do not supervise construction or manage renovations, and are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor. 2. No guarantee of introductions or work

Submitting an enquiry or contractor application does not guarantee that we will make an introduction or referral, that a contractor will be available, or that any work will result. We may decline any enquiry or application at our discretion.

3. Contractors are independent

Contractors are independent businesses and are solely responsible for their quotations, contracts, permits and approvals, registrations and licences, insurance, workmanship, project delivery and warranties. Any agreement for work is made directly between you and the contractor. You should make your own enquiries about a contractor before engaging them.

4. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from work performed (or not performed) by a contractor, from any agreement between you and a contractor, or from your use of the website. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the relevant service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

5. Information on this website

Website content is general information only and is not professional, building, legal or financial advice. Images are used for illustrative purposes and do not depict work arranged through our service unless stated. We try to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee it.

6. Your submissions
